We usually turn on a tape deck at each show -- just a mic somewhere on the stage. The result is the raw sound of the band.

Dave has been culling the best recordings from the hours of tape, distilling the past year's worth of gigs into a single recording collection. Titled "Burgers 'n Beer", it reflects not only how the band played in '01, but perhaps why they played, too.
